A VA For a Day

Hi and welcome to our next episode in the Beyond the Maze series.

I’m Paula, and I am a Virtual Assistant from Australia. I have a team of virtual assistants both here, mainly in Australia, but also in the Philippines.

Today I wanted to talk to you about having a VA for a day.

We have a package called A VA for a Day, and basically that gives you a VA for a day!

It’s as simple as that.

What I found when I’ve been working with clients, particularly clients that are fairly new to business, is that the budget isn’t always there for a virtual assistant. But the workload is definitely there to get a virtual assistant or help in some way, shape or form.

I sat back and thought, “How can I help you, as a business owner at that stage of business who really needs that help without working yourself into the ground but also being able to get that assistance to move your business further forward?”

This could be help with things like getting a newsletter out to your existing database or cleaning up your database so that you can get a newsletter out and building your lists. It could be something like getting some marketing done or getting a social media presence or setting up Google My Business or anything like that, where you can have a presence without exhausting yourself to try and get everywhere and do everything.

The aim for this is to take away those smaller tasks, to help you in your business so you don’t have to focus on those little jobs. You’re focusing on the big picture stuff, or even your clients or whatever sort of business that you have.

Some of the things that you could get done in this VA for a Day Package are data entry, list building, social media management or you could build up some website landing pages. We’ve got some clients from certain networking groups that have referral slips that they need to manage so we can get them organized for you and send out the emails from those as well and make those contacts. We could be contacting people to set up one on one meetings for you.

We can be researching for you. If you’ve got an industry that you may want to take target a particular area or a particular type of industry, or you’re looking for speaking opportunities or marketing opportunities or alliance opportunities – many different things – and you want to compile a list of certain organizations or businesses in your area or all of Australia or all of the world. Research takes a lot of time, so getting a VA to dedicate that day for you to do that will help you immensely.

Now these packages, at this current time of filming, start at about $165 a month.

That’s pretty good to be able to get a dedicated virtual assistant to help you in your business for one day a month.

We do have packages beyond that which will give you more and more levels of support depending on what you need in your business.

We also have a package that you get to connect with myself, or another team member, and we help you plan out how to use this VA effectively We’re not just going to throw you in the deep end and expect you work it out with your VA.

We are going to work with you as the Australian side of the business and help you move your business forward and we identify what you need to do now and what you need to do in the future.

We give you the allocated day each month, we say this is your day each month and this is going to be your person and it’s the same person each time. Your VA will get to be familiar with your workload, familiar with the aim of your marketing and what you want done and familiar with your business.
