Paula founded Beyond the Maze 3 years ago when she needed flexibility around her ADHD son. Paula found that there was very little support for parents of children living with ADHD so started providing this. Paula is a qualified ADHD coach and specialises with working with Parents of children living with ADHD.
Amanda has over 10 years office administration experience in various roles ranging from recruitment, vehicle leasing, and general administration roles. Amanda joined the Beyond the Maze team after she had some time out of the workforce raising 3 wonderful children. As a manager, Amanda ensures that the office runs smoothly and we get the job done.
Veronica, is affectionaly known as Roni and is Paula’s personal assistant. If you call our office it will generally be Roni who answers the phone. Roni has completed her Cerficate 3 in Business Administration with us and looks after our phones, scheduling appointments, specific clients and assists Paula with her workshops.

Rebecca has over 15 years administration experience in varied roles including accounting and financial planning practices. Rebecca (affectionately known as Bec) and Paula worked together in financial planning before Bec left to raise two wonderful boys. When Paula started her business, the opportunity came up for them to work together again. Bec looks after our financial planning clients and their administration tasks.
Syvahna joined us from the retail sector wanting a change of pace in administration. Syvahna is our administration assistant and is currently undertaking a traineeship – Certificate 3 in Business Administration.
River is our office dog and resident time waster. River often moves from office to office demanding pats from everyone. Sometimes he will brings us a ball to play with but he gets most disappointed when he realises no one has time to play with him.
